As a technical writer, I have ten years of experience researching subject matter experts about CLI commands, software configuration, software and hardware installation, hardware service and troubleshooting procedures, and online help procedures in the networking and storage technologies into clear documentation for end-users and system administrators.  I also have many years experience as a technical illustrator using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Ability to work in Unix, Linux, Windows, Apple, and Solaris environments.

• Acting TPM (program manager) for Stack Overflow launch (2020). • Organize Doc Expo Sunnyvale in Oct. 2019 and Doc Expo NY in Dec. 2019 to promote documentation tools and resources; • Manage docsets (including high-profile Multi-Colo failovers and Global Technical Services Disaster Recovery failover). • Author Retina (data metrics visualization tool) User Guide. • Represent team at Atlassian-Confluence meetings; • Research and assess wiki tools; • Organize and cohost the fourth Internal Docs Meetup with members of SalesForce, AutoDesk, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Uber, Oracle, and other companies, at LinkedIn, San Francisco (June 2019); • Present educational service/UI concepts to Product team and feed/UI concepts to Feed team; • Give UI feedback to LinkedIn Learning, Microsoft Office 365, SearchIn, and wiki archiving implementation; • Run demos on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Camtasia, CLI, and wiki alerts; • Organize and host job shadowing event for Merrill F.
