As a technical writer, I have ten years of experience researching subject matter experts about CLI commands, software configuration, software and hardware installation, hardware service and troubleshooting procedures, and online help procedures in the networking and storage technologies into clear documentation for end-users and system administrators.  I also have 27 years experience as a technical illustrator using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
